SOME TASKS YOU COULD DO​

• Data collection 

• Assist with the reporting to funders

• Check that our all our event information is up to date

• Log volunteer hours on spreadsheets and our volunteer hours tracker

• Ensure our admin and reporting is of a high quality

• Flexibly work on whatever admin tasks come up

REQUIREMENTS

• Attention to detail

• Be a highly organised person

• Ideally you have a regular slot in your week available

• Having your own laptop would be really helpful as we don't yet have a laptop for this role

Accessibility note: Meetings are on ground level, the Wee Spoke Hub toilets have a step but the Zero Waste Hub has fully accessible toilets. Many tasks can also be done remotely. ​
