Route Buddies + Ride Buddies
Route buddies
Often folks are put off of cycling because they are not able to find a route they like or feel safe on.
We want to fix this by offering a buddying service between someone who wants help working out a route and cycling it the first few times, and one of our trusted volunteers.
Our volunteers will work out a route for you based on the information you've given us and then we will arrange a date for you and a volunteer to do a trial cycle along this route together.
Ride buddies
We know that many people don't always feel safe cycling alone at certain times of the day or along certain routes. We want everyone to feel safe cycling so we are arranging Ride Buddies where we set you up with a trusted volunteer who can ride with you on the journeys you feel less safe on.
